
The Chas Everitt Experience
The Chas Everitt Experience is what we call the feeling the buyer and seller is left with after having bought or sold a property through us.
This feeling should also be the result of a conscious managed process where the client gets more than what they expected as far as service is concerned.
It is often said that the key to good service is to 'under promise and over deliver' and that does sum it up quite well.
Many of the aspects of the Chas Everitt Experience are a part of our Solutions marketing, but let's remind ourselves of other tangible aspects
that compliment our Solutions in respect of service.
Of course this could be a long list but here are my five favourites:
1) If you say you are going to do something do it and do it on time and confirm it
2) Always make sure the client gets a copy of every document they sign with your card attached.
3) Make a note how your client wants you to communicate with them - They may not use email or texts as much as you do.
4) Be aware of your clients interests and hobbies - if you see a relevant website, article etc make a copy for them
5) Giving a Chas Bear is the cherry on the top of our transaction, and should be a cost of sale item not something that has to be considered.
