Good day,

With the whirlwind of activities and the move behind us, we can more
clear headedly express our appreciation guidance and low-key manner
in helping us getting our new home and selling our old one.

It has been a long road with a very successful conclusion.  My husband
and I would like to thank Yvonne Ackermann for her excellent service,
the value of her knowledge and advice cannot be estimated.

Since we signed a sole mandate with Chas Everitt last year June
Yvonne was with us all the way, even after the Mandate expired and
lost hope that the property will never be sold she kept her promise
that “this house will be sold, there is a buyer for every house”!

We moved into our new house with the help of Yvonne and our old
property successfully registered yesterday J Her persistence and
due diligence to stay within contractual boundaries and get the
job done did not go unnoticed.

Yvonne You are an asset to your field and a shining example of the
ideal REALTOR!!

Hi Berry, 

If you’re trained Lyn and employ her I know you do not want to be called Mr Everitt? 
I thank you for the sweetest letter.  Not only did I lose my husband but my son after
Richard 6 weeks later driving up from Durban a truck hit him.  After lying in intensive
care for 2,5 months had to let him go.  I don’t think I would have survived without Lyn
and a very few other people.  You have fantastic staff but I can see why -
THE BOSS IS SO CARING AND GOOD! 

I would be able to write a book on Lyn but will try not to bore you, she brought me food,
flowers and used her valuable time to run me around to pay my accounts. 
Can you believe such a person?  Most people haven’t ever heard of an agent like this.
She is one in 50 million.  Also as I’ve told everyone she is honest, sad to say estate
agents have got a very bad name for dishonesty.  I have recommended her and will
forever continue to do so for ever.  I have some more leads for her and will discuss
with her.  Some now and some in the near future. 

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to write to me, shows me that not only Lyn
but all the people at Everitt are marvelous.

What is Elogger?

 

eLogger is a GPS based device that logs vehicle trips.
The eLogger unit records date, time, distance travelled and
end destination addresses in an Excel logbook format. 

eLogger is equipped with a "mode" button where the driver
selects either "business" or "private".

eLogger is able to store more than a 18 months data onboard
and backed up on a 32MB removable SD card.


Each eLogger unit consist of:

  • GPS logbook device
  • "Mode" button
  • USB Data Cable
  • Power cable with cigarette socket plug
  • Installation software (for PC's/Laptops)

Data downloads to Excel spreadsheet.

 

Reverse Geo-coding: Reverse Geo-coding is a new software

development whereby GPS co-ordinates are converted to actual street
addresses. GIS address data are used and updated regularly.

Our eLogger software utility is one of the first to utilise this new

technology. Most software applications use Geo-coding to convert

addresses to GPS co-ordinates.

 

Why do you need it?

Changes in the tax laws from 1 March 2010, requires travel allowance users

to keep a detailed logbook. The logbook needs to differentiate between "business"

and "private" travel. Additional information required for business travel is the "end

destination" and the reason for the business trip.

 

eLogger complies with all SARS requirements except the "reason for the business

trip". The Excel spreadsheet is editable and users simply insert the reason for the

trip in the right hand column. The end destination is a helpful tool to remind users

where they stopped and what the reason for the trip was.

Property 24.


You may do so by asking Property 24 to contact you by
completing their Contact Us page found at the following link
http://www.property24.com/contact-us.

Property 24 will then provide CyberAgent Support with a
username and password for your agency.

CyberAgent will then activate your agency to feed to Property 24
to upload to their website.

You now have a choice with regards to how your listings update
to Property 24


  • Update Everything Automatically ...


With this update type, all listings captured by you on CyberAgent
will be uploaded to the P24 Website. P24 does charge per listing
with regards to Rentals. CyberAgent is not liable for this cost.
The onus is on you, the agency, for what listings appear in
CyberAgent and thus appear on P24.

  • Update for Sale automatically - Update Selected Rentals Only ... (Default Setting)

With this update type, all "For Sale" listings captured by you
on CyberAgent will be uploaded to the P24 Website.
You then select what Rental listings you what to upload to P24.
P24 does charge per listing with regards to Rentals.
CyberAgent is not liable for this cost.
The onus is on you, the agency, for what Rental listings appear
on P24.

  • Update only Selected Listings ....

With this update type, no listings captured by you on CyberAgent
will be automatically uploaded to the P24 Website.
Only listings, For Sale and To rent, selected by you are uploaded
to P24.
The cost for your listings on P24 is for your account.

To select which option you wish to use, please go to our Data Export Web site,
http://anywhere.cyberagent.co.za/CAEdefault.wcsx
and log in with your normal BID and password.


Select Property 24 and on the first page of the Property 24 web page,
